Coaching for executives and managers

I have a degree in business administration and worked as a manager in industry. I have been working as a management consultant and executive coach with medium-sized companies and their managers since 2008.

The management coaching I offer is aimed at executives and managers who want to have their development towards greater authenticity accompanied by an experienced coach.

Leading authentically. Be authentic.

Being authentic means living in harmony with your own values, beliefs and potential. This not only gives you strength. It also ensures that your own effectiveness increases and a trusting relationship can develop.

When you live your authentic being, you can concentrate fully on your tasks - instead of spending energy on maintaining a role. Authenticity also enables you to utilise your personal strengths more confidently.

Authentic leaders are more credible, more resilient and more effective.

After studying business administration in Germany and France, I worked in industry for almost 10 years in various specialist and management positions.

I have been running my own company since 2008 and have been very successful in advising, coaching and developing people and their organisations.

I learnt about entrepreneurship, leadership and turnaround management at the Bertelsmann Group. As a division manager there, I was responsible for strategically realigning a division and making it profitable.

Recognising people in their entirety and addressing the points that quickly enable authentic development was already a gift of mine back then. I have developed this further in various training courses and during my more than 15 years as a counsellor.

In my work as an executive coach, this skill helps me to bring you quickly into your effectiveness and to achieve concrete results in a relatively short time.

My coaching approach

My passion is to develop people and help them realise their full potential. I work holistically on different levels: cognitive, mental and energetic.

How can you imagine that?

Example of my coaching work

Your situation

You are the division manager of a medium-sized company with 2000 employees and are responsible for marketing.

You would like to further develop the following aspects with the help of coaching:

  • Authentic leadership
  • Regaining self-determination
  • Strengthen stress resilience
  • Expand communicative persuasiveness
  • Improve stakeholder management

My approach

Root cause analysis

  • What aspects of yourself do you hide as a manager?
  • How does this affect your other coaching concerns?
  • Welche Glaubenssatz hält Sie davon ab, sich in Ihrem vollen Potenzial in Ihrer Führungsrolle zu zeigen?

Dissolving the blocking personality pattern

Realignment of your personality through visualisation of your desired state

Stakeholder analysis and visualisation of trust levels, development of recommendations for action

Training sessions for rhetorical persuasiveness

Convincing in the first 100 days

Your situation

You change companies as a manager.

You want to be effective in your new company from day 1 and very quickly establish a basis of trust with your team. You use the last few months of your time out to prepare for your start with the help of a coach.

Scope of coaching

approx. 5-6 hours

Coaching results

  • A clear goal related to the new company
  • A clear understanding of your strengths and competencies
  • A concrete entry strategy
  • Initial approaches to quickly establish trusting relationships within the new management team

Dissolve blocking beliefs and personality patterns

Your situation

You are a successful manager. However, leading change processes costs you energy. You are rather annoyed by conflicts and resistance in the team. You try to please everyone, but get caught between the fronts. You are afraid to address the really critical issues and rhetorically package your feedback in such a way that the others don't see it as critical. The result: behaviour that urgently needs to change remains unchanged. The change process comes to a standstill.

Scope of coaching

4 hours plus 30 days of follow-up support via signal messenger or e-mail

Coaching results

  • Transformation of the underlying blocking beliefs and personality patterns
  • Strengthen your ability to deal with conflict
  • Changed conflict behaviour in private and professional situations

Plan the transformation of your area

Your situation

As a division manager, you have taken over a new division within the company that needs to be reorganised.

You are in a situation where your team members do not fully trust you. It will therefore be difficult to convince them of the necessary change and win them over to the transformation process.

Scope of coaching

approx. 8-10 hours

Coaching results

  • Objectives and the why of the transformation
  • Transparency about impacts on stakeholders
  • Communication concept for the kick-off
  • Credible appearance in communication

Expanding sales expertise

Your situation

You are a successful division manager in a medium-sized company. You would like to take on management responsibility in the next stage of your career.

You are professionally competent and have a relationship of trust with customers and employees. However, you find it difficult to acquire new business. You think that interested companies will contact you and have no desire to "talk others into something".

You want acquisition to be easier for you without having to bend.

Scope of coaching

approx. 4 hours

Coaching results

  • Transformation of blocking beliefs
  • Sales roadmap with concrete measures
  • Convincing storytelling
  • Strategies to refute objections

From colleague to managing director

Your situation

In the next few months, you will be taking a career step and assuming the role of Managing Director within the company. You are still part of the first management level and younger than some of your colleagues. The fact that you will become Managing Director has not yet been communicated internally.

You are unsure whether your senior colleagues will accept you as their boss. That's why you want to prepare for your start and be supported by a coach within the first 100 days in your new role.

Scope of coaching

approx. 6-8 hours

Coaching results

  • A clear understanding of your new entrepreneurial role
  • Personal competence profile
  • Overview of the strengths and development areas of your future management team
  • Entry strategy
